Jeanne B. Fricke

Jeanne B. Fricke, 66, wife of the late Robert Fricke of Mount Pleasant Road, Newtown, died July 23 in Danbury Hospital.

She was born in Englewood, July 12, 1935, a daughter of the late William and Ann (Buck) Brenzel. Mrs Fricke was a graduate of Columbia University. A resident of Newtown for 11 years, she was an active member of the Newtown Congregational Church.

Mrs Fricke is survived by two daughters, Susan Marcus of Tucson, Ariz., and Sally Brown of Clifton Park, formerly of Southbury; two brothers, William Brenzel of Montague, N.J., and Robert Brenzel of Pitcher, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.

A Memorial Service was held at the Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street, Newtown, Thursday, July 26, at 7 pm.

Arrangements were by the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown.
