Eshu Bumpus Returning To IAIS

WASHINGTON — The Institute for American Indian Studies will offer a presentation in celebration of Black History Month on Sat, Feb 12.

At 1 pm, IAIS educators will present an hour of participatory activities from African-American culture for families.

This will be followed by a storytelling presentation at 2 pm by Eastern storyteller Eshu Bumpus of Amherst, Mass.

Fee for the activity hour and storytelling is $5 for adults, $3 for children. The museum is at 38 Curtis Road and can be reached by calling 860/868-0518.
