Pizza Challenge

At The Homesteads

The Homesteads at Newtown will host a Pizza Challenge involving 10 area pizza parlors on Saturday, June 29, starting at 1 pm.

For a $5 donation, participants can eat their fill and vote for the pizza they like best. The pizza parlors will be offering their original and specialty pizzas with the hope of being voted the 2002 pizza challenge champion. The votes will be counted at the end of the event.

All area pizzerias are invited to participate. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Newtown Congregational Church.
