Seeing Spots

To the Editor:

Am I the only one in town bothered by the paint spill on Main Street right at our lovely flagpole? I had expected this would have been cleaned up before the Labor Day Parade, and was disappointed.

I have been looking at a paint spill outside my neighborhood on Route 25 for two years now from whomever repainted the white lines on the road.

I can imagine this paint is difficult to remove, but I hope I won’t be looking at it for years to come.
