Women & Banking At BPW May 5

Joan Lavery will talk about “Women and Banking” at the Monday, May 5, meeting of the Newtown Business and Professional Women’s Club at the Inn at Newtown.

 Formerly branch manager of the Newtown office of Chase Manhattan Bank, Ms Lavery is an assistant vice president in the bank’s Personal Financial Services division. The program was originally scheduled to be presented in April but was postponed by the weather.

The meeting will begin at 6 pm with a networking session. The evening also will include installation of officers for the upcoming year.
