Confirmed At Congregational Church

Fifteen members of the 2002 Confirmation Class were welcomed into membership at the Newtown Congregational Church last Sunday.

The Rev Steven Gordon, senior minister, shared some of the highlights of the confirmands’ Statements of Faith before he and the Rev Janice Touloukian, associate minister, confirmed the young people.

Confirmed were Adam Cameron-Braley, Vicky Cardoso, Andrew Chimileski, Elizabeth and Matthew Cole, Robin Collins, Katie Rose Crevier, Alex Goodkowsky, Erica Helsel, Andrea Hoyt, Carol Ann Smith, Karla Marie Spencer, Elisa Van Burskirk, Karen Wippie, and James Wiedemann.
