‘Unity In Diversity’ Programs Preview

Unity In Diversity, a cable television program that provides an education in learning about one’s neighbors, especially through a clearer understanding of their religious heritage, spiritual values, and everyday life, airs each Monday at noon and Wednesday at 5:30 pm on Charter Communications Channel 21.

The program on October 26 and 28 will feature Dr Kathleene Chesto speaking on “Ordination To Priesthood,” and the November 2 and 4 program will offer an introduction to Corpus Christi, the national association for married priesthood in the Catholic Church.

Upcoming programs will also include “A New Look at Islam,” featuring members of The Islamic Center of Western Connecticut, on November 9 and 11; and “Bahai: Its History and Practice” on November 16 and 18.

The program producer and host is the Reverend Leo McIlrath of Sandy Hook, coordinator of Corpus Christi: An Ecumenical Catholic Faith Community.
