Library July Discussion Title

BETHEL — On Tuesday, July 8, from 7 to 8:30 pm, Bethel Public Library will host its monthly book discussion. The title for July is Masha Hamilton’s Staircase of A Thousand Steps. The novel is set in Jordan just prior to the 1967 war with Israel and focuses on the impact of modernism on a traditional community. The library is temporarily located at 137 Greenwood Avenue, and copies of the book are available at the circulation desk. All are welcome to join the discussion.
