Riverside Road, Sandy Hook

Carroll Foley of Charlotte, Vt., has purchased a vintage colonial located at 84 Riverside Road in Sandy Hook from Charles and Carol Foss.

The property was listed by Sylvia Poulin of Coldwell Banker Curtiss & Crandon and sold in cooperation with Pam McLachlan of Flagpole Realty.

Attorney Celia Barnum represented the seller while attorney David Bisceglia of Danbury handled legal matters for the buyer.
