Anna Langlois

Anna Langlois, 90, wife of the late Armand Langlois of Huntingtown Road, Newtown, died December 26 in Danbury Hospital.

Mrs Langlois was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on January 19, 1913, a daughter of the late Emmanuel and Delvina Silva. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel, Monroe.

She is survived by one daughter, Carol Panigutti and her husband, Louis, of Newtown; two brothers, David and Manny Silva of New Bedford, Mass.; two sisters, Elsie Laponzo of New Bedford, Mass., and Beatrice Burdine of California; four grandchildren, Cara Harbaugh, Louis (Tony) Panigutti, Candace Panigutti, and Lance Panigutti; and one great-grandson, Connor James Harbaugh.

Funeral services were held December 29 from the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown and in Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel for a Requiem Funeral Mass. Interment was in Resurrection Cemetery, Newtown.
