St Rose Alumni Basketball Game Set For November 26

The first annual St Rose Alumni Basketball Game will be held Friday, November 26. The alumni event will be held at the St Rose Of Lima School Gathering Hall and run from 2-5 pm with the basketball game tip off at 3:30 pm.

Alums are invited to see the many school changes that have taken place since they graduated — including the addition of the new gymnasium — and, of course, visit with old classmates, whether or not they play in the just-for-fun game.

“It should be loads of fun,” said St Rose alumni board member Leslie Quinn, who is helping organize the event. Her husband, and Newtown High basketball coach, John Quinn, will run the co-ed alumni game.
