Newtown’s All-American

Brian Sharnick, 18, of Newtown was an All-State and All-American lacrosse player at Fairfield Prep. The senior defenseman – a four-year starter for Prep who began his career in local youth lacrosse – is heading to Brown University will he mill major in economics.
