Lieutenant Colonel Dean Raab and Julie Raab of Heidelberg, Germany, announce the birth of a daughter, Eleanor Charlotte Raab, on April 6 at Heidelberg Army Hospital.

Eleanor weighed seven pounds, eight ounces, and she was 20½ inches in length. She joins sister Emily, 6, and brothers, Matthew, 8, and Joseph, 3.

Her maternal grandparents are Sutherland and Patricia Denlinger of Newtown.

Her paternal grandparents are Steven Raab of Silver Spring, Md., and Arlene Kairys of Potomac, Md.
