Motorcycle Ride To Fight Cancer
DANBURY â The second annual Kick-It Motorcycle Ride benefiting the American Cancer Society will be held on Sunday, September 26, rain or shine. Bikers from all towns in Connecticut will join together to ride the approximately 60-mile event and raise money to help fight cancer.Â
The motorcycles and will be lead by police escort, followed by cancer survivors who will be identified by large Kick-It flags on their bikes. Motorcycle riders, groups, and clubs from all the towns in and around Connecticut and surrounding states will also join in the ride.
Registration is from 9:30 to 11 am at Marcus Dairy. The ride begins at 11:30. From 1:30 to 3 pm there will be lunch, entertainment, awards, raffle, and short ceremony for all registrants at Indian Wells State Park in Shelton.
The Kick-It Motorcycle Ride will benefit the American Cancer Societyâs ongoing battle to defeat cancers of all kinds through the research, advocacy, education, and service programs of the Southern New England Region of the American Cancer Society.
