BPW To Meet Nov. 1 At The Villa

The Business and Professional Women of Newtown will present “How To Be An Effective Public Speaker” at the Monday, November 1 meeting at The Villa restaurant in Sandy Hook.  The meeting is open to the public as well as BPW members.

  Diana Johnson of Vue Systems, LLC will be conducting the seminar. A former Dale Carnegie instructor, past BPW president and former BPW Woman of the Year, Ms Johnson has more than  15 years of instructional experience in communications skills, relations development and leadership training.

Networking begins at 6 pm.  Dinner will be at 6:30 pm.  Entrée choices are chicken marsala, grilled ribeye, or shrimp scampi.   Reservations, with entrée selections, are being taken through Friday, October 29, by Kelly Urso, 364-1667.  The cost for the dinner and program is $25.00.
