My Place Pizza 18, Brookfield 13 – Alex Caracciolo banged out two hits and scored two runs to lead My Place. Christine Beck pitched well and Kaitlin Marsden flashed her leather in the field.

Airtech 25, Team Rambone 9 – Makena Cunningham tripled twice in one inning as Airtech rolled to the win. Lauren Hanulik hit the ball hard and Jessica Rockwell had a superb game. For Rambone, Megan Casey, Nikki Haylon and Ashley Christiano had strong games.

Airtech 16, Carquest 11 – Rachael Marlin, Jackie Bonadio and Taylor Ansbro had fine performances to lead Airtech to the win. For Carquest, Kelly Murphy, Gina Pisacreta, Sonja Branfisher (three RBI) and Kelsey Daniels had strong games.

U12

LRM Landscaping 10, Ricci’s Salon 9 – LRM Landscaping scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth to win a well-played game. Ashley Perry drove in three runs, Erin Kramer and Lyndi Szabo drove in two apiece and Miriyam Wilson drove in the game-winner. For Ricci’s, Kaitlyn Kakadeles’ roped a sharp double to left along and Liz Anderson collected two hits and a pair of walks to lead the offense. Ava Rojo and Hannah DeFlumeri provide a strong defense while Marissa Saravis had a solid day pitching.

Creative Mailing 18, Brookfield Dental 5 – Brittany Soucar went 3-for-3 and Marilyn LaCroce pitched three solid innings to lead Creative Mailing to the win. Ashley Kuligowski, Megan Gibbons and LaCroce had two hits apiece. For Brookfield Dental, Nicole Elias pitched well while Rachael Ruiz, Sarah Smith and Scarlett O’Sullivan collected hits.

Newtown Phonebook 13, Karen’s Fitness 5 – Kristen Errico went 4-for-4 and Caitlin D’eramo was 3-for-4 to lead Phonebook to the win. Kathy Townsend and Jackie Kissack had solid efforts in the field. For Karen’s, Michelle Margait and Allison Jones had two hits apiece and Morgon D’avola turned in a fine pitching performance.

Creative Mailing 14, Brookfield Dental 11 – Kate Bowen went 5-for-5 at the plate and pitched four shut out innings, striking out nine batters in the process, to lead Creative Mailing to the win. Paige Woodhouse ripped a pair of hits while Amanda Nealy roped a double. Kelsey Von Der Linn scored two runs. For Brookfield Dental, Rachael Camejo pitched three solid innings while Nicole Elias smacked a homer. Jenna Bonaccorso and Lindsey Burns each scored two runs.

Newtown Hardware 13, Keno Graphics 8 – Katie Guaragno, Marissa Cardella, Jenna Poeltl and Lydia Post hit the ball hard to lead Hardware to the win. Stephanie Roman pitched well in relief and played well defensively. For Keno Graphics, Maggie Kennedy had three singles, Erin Begg smashed two doubles and Ali Kennedy added a home run.

Newtown Hardware 9, People’s Bank 6 – Lydia Post went 3-for-3 to lead Newtown Hardware to the win. Elie Mouchantat and Katie Guaragno had big hits for the winners and Erin Kenning made a great catch in the field. Mouchantat recorded the win with one inning of perfect relief. For People’s, Kendall Svanda had a single, double and two RBI and also pitched well. Jade Mather, Alena Ruscoe and Claire Miles hit well.

Keno Graphics 13, Executive Power Equipment 3 – Lauren Frazzetta had a hard hit double and Kelly Ann McCarthy, Mallory Dunn and Megan Duero all had hits to lead Team Green to the win. For Executive, Nora Murphy, Kelly Brassard, Jessica Jowdy, and Julia LeBlanc all had hits.

People’s Bank 16, Executive Power Equipment 15 – Kendall Svanda tripled in a pair of runs in the first inning and helped lead People’s Bank to the win. Melissa D’avila and Karly Oliveira scored three runs each as Jade Mather went 2-for-3. For Executive, Melissa Biscoe, Julia LeBlanc, Nora Murphy, Kelly Brassard, Kira Reed, and Erica Knapp pounded the ball at the plate.

People’s Bank 13, George’s Pizza 9 – Zoe Eggleston went 3-for-3 and scored three runs to lead People’s. Emily Anderson also hit the ball well as Michaela Guinee and Alena Ruscoe played strong defensively. For George’s, Tory Theobald, Natalie Galante and Anna Grillo hit the ball hard to drive in runs for the team. Amanda Rowan was solid on the mound.

Rich’s Keys & Locks 10, Newtown Hardware 6 – Abby Doski and Dianna Carozza pitched well and led Rich’s to the win. Angela Ross and Kimmy Gates were solid in the field. For Hardware, Kara Clement hit the ball hard and Alex DeWolfe had a fine day in the field.

Rich’s Keys & Locks 14, EPE 7 – Kate Butera was 3-for-4 with an RBI and Kate Appley pitched well to lead Rich’s. Emily Cannavo had a superb day at first, making several putouts. For EPE, Jessica Jowdy singled and doubled as Nora Murphy went 3-for-3.

Rich’s Keys & Locks 11, Newtown Hardware 6 – Emily Sherman and Mackenzie Hoctor had stellar defensive games and had sound hits to lift Rich’s to the win. Abbey Doski had a fine day on the mound, defensively retiring the first three batters by herself. For Hardware, Marissa Cardella and Alex DeWolfe hit the ball hard.

Rich’s Keys & Locks 6, George’s Pizza 5 – With the tying run at third, Abbey Doski whiffed the final three batters to lift Rich’s past George’s Pizza. Lilly McEnaney and Heather Leone played solid D. For George’s, Monica Macchiarulo and Rhea Schneider played well.

George’s Pizza 9, Advantage 8 – Erin Ferris, Caitlin Dowling and Monica Macchiarulo banged out run-scoring hits to lead George’s to the win. Alexandra Buttery had a solid pitching effort. For Advantage, Taylor Brady and Madison Hauck pitched well with Hauck added a two-run double.

Creative Mailing versus Century 21 – Ashley Honiker pitched well, Abi Kuligowski banged out a hit and Helen Allen played well in the field to lead Creative. Catcher Lauren Henchcliffe, pitcher Cebry and Emma Cizmazia (who scored two runs) led Century 21.

Taunton Press versus Newtown Insurance – Jessie Principi and Courtney Datin pitched well and Shaina Errico and Avery Griffin hit the ball hard for Taunton Press. For Newtown Insurance, Tonya Tucker pitched well. Faith Pereira did a fine job behind the plate and Alexis Tucker hit the ball hard. Aimee Alexander was a golden glove in the field.

JP Maguire versus Newtown Insurance – Kelsea Morshuk pitched well as Brooke Hadgraft and Lauren Wilcox paced the offense for Maguire. Kendyl Harmeling anchored the D. For Newtown Insurance, Anna Guaragno and Stephanie Devaney pitched a great game. Alexis Tucker played well in the field.
