After Party Set

Newtown High School’s Junior Prom will take place on Friday, March 30, at Villa Bianca in Derby. The PTSA is planning a movie night for revelers who do not want the night to end.

Juniors and their guests are invited back to the high school from 12:30 to 3:30 am. Juniors do not have to attend the prom to join the festivities at movie night.

Students will be choosing the movie. On Monday, January 22, ballots will be distributed during advisory. The top five movies will be reviewed for acceptability and administrative approval. The top two choices will be shown.

Organizers say they will release more information later.
