Alice Holmes of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Doug Collins of Prudential Connecticut Realty.

Attorney Harlow Adams & Friedman of Milford represented the sellers and attorney David Dworski of Fairfield represented the buyers.
