Student & Faculty Pottery Sale At Craft Center

BROOKFIELD — Each year the students and faculty of Brookfield Craft Center’s (BCC) popular ceramics program host a special sale of their work. This year’s sale, to be in the non-profit center’s pottery studio at 286 Whisconier Road/Route 25, will be on Saturday September 3, from 10 am to 2 pm, and Sunday, September 4, from 10 am to 4 pm.

The sale, which is set up and run by the students and faculty, features functional ceramic treasures and one-of-a-kind sculptural pieces. The work on display is suitable for the home or office and offers great gift giving opportunities. Prices range from $1 to several hundred dollars.

All proceeds from the sale directly benefit the participating artists and helps improve the ceramic studio, allowing BCC to purchase new tools and equipment and repair and maintain their gas and electric kilns.
