Family: My husband, Steve, is in sales with UPS. My son is a junior at Newtown High School. His name is Keith, and he is 16.
Pets: I have my canine children. There are three cocker spaniels, 3, 6 and 14 years old. One is Angelica, one is Reggie, and the old, cranky one is Mickey. We also have a one-eyed cat, Cleo. Cleo is 12. I got her at Cherry Grove Farm. She was only six weeks old, and had just the one eye.
What do you like to do in your free time? I create designs and work in my flower garden. I donât have a favorite flower, I love all colors. I throw everything in the pot and see what happens.
Do you have a favorite artist? I love Andrew Wyeth watercolors. Iâm also inspired by nature. Nature is full of great color.
Where is your favorite place to travel? The Outer Banks in North Carolina. Weâve been going there for 20 years and have a house there. Talk about inspiration! Itâs a place to go and breathe.
What is the best thing about Newtown? That weâre getting more shopping, places to go, coffee shops, interesting stores. Itâs also a great community to bring a kid up in.
Do you carry anything interesting in your purse? You know whatâs in my purse? Chaos! Itâs a scary place!
What is your philosophy of life? I would say if you have an idea, a thought or dream, go out and go for it. Try it and donât look back. Youâll never know if you donât try.
What do you most cherish? My family, and what I do for people and how it makes them feel.
