Loving Daughter, Sister, And Aunt

Elizabeth Ann Hefferon, 51, a longtime resident of Danbury, died the weekend of October 22, with her last words being, “Hello, my loves.” She was born December 18, 1959.

Her loving memory will live on in her mother, Sandra Grehl of Danbury; four siblings, including Natalie Hefferon-Sauli, and her husband Michael, of Newtown; and her nieces and nephews. She is at peace with her late father, Ernest P. Hefferon, grandparents, her first true love, and her beloved dog, Harley.

Ms Hefferon had a loving spirit for those who chose to look into her heart to see it. She had a great passion for cooking. She loved being with and taking care of her mother. She carried the title of “Aunt Izzy” proudly and shared her heart, soul, and love with her nieces and nephews, who will truly miss her the most. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 pm, Friday, October 28, at Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury. Funeral services will be held at 5 pm, also on Friday, at the funeral home.
