Carol King

 At Garden Club

The Town and Country Garden Club will have as its first guest speaker of the new club year Carol King, a master gardener and garden columnist for The New London Day and House and Garden magazine.

Mrs King, who is a member of the Connecticut unit of the Herb Society of America and the New London Garden Club will be giving a humorous presentation on “Redesigning your Garden.”

The meeting will be held at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, October 13, at the senior center, which is in the Multi—Purpose Building on Riverside Road in Sandy Hook.

The public is invited and new members are always welcome to join the club. There is no charge to attend. Call 426-3469 for additional information.
