To the Editor:

I am writing to thank all of the voters of Newtown who voted for me last week.   It will be a pleasure to serve all of you for the next two years.

I believe we are at a critical time in our community where we have the ability to work closely together across party lines to be the leaders in our state and across the country by creating a model of fiscal responsibility, social communication and transparency.

We can continue to build upon the quality of education in our schools and still work to ensure the minimum impact on our taxes.

I am honored to serve you and will work my hardest and do my best for all.
