Alice Orrico

Longtime Greenwich Resident

Alice Orrico, 81, of Bethel, a longtime resident of Greenwich, died January 30. She was born in Greenwich on October 23, 1924, to Joseph and Angelina Orrico.

She is survived by her sisters, Margaret LoRusso of Newtown, Carmela Scharf of Stamford, Delores Farina of Stamford, Josephine Pica of Vero Beach, Fla., and Louise Schmeiler of Bethel; her brothers, Frank Orrico of Port Chester, N.Y., and Joseph and Lawrence Orrico of Cos Cob; and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday, February 2, at St Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in Riverside. Interment was at St Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.

Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
