CJ Golden At May 1 BookTalk

SOUTHBURY — Author and Newtown resident CJ Golden will be the featured guest during the next BookTalk program on Monday, May 1. The event will begin at 2 pm.

In her book The Tao of The Defiant Woman, Ms Golden melds the ideas of Tao – the ancient Chinese philosophy best translated as the way or path – and “defiant,” or defiance, meaning rebellious and bold. Ms Golden’s ideas awaken readers’ senses to life and the joy of living as women in today’s world.

BookTalk program, usually held at Southbury Public Library, are temporarily being held in Room 205B at Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South (Route 6).
