Glynis Sharp of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Jan Sansevera of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

Attorney Michael Nahoum of Newtown represented the seller and attorney Anne Ragusa of Newtown represented the buyers.
