Many Hands Together

To the Editor:

I would like to thank all the seniors in our community and members of the Senior Center, the painters, knitters, sewers, crafters, bakers and many volunteers, who helped make the Newtown Senior Center Annual Harvest Bazaar a success.

It is so amazing and rewarding to be involved with so many talented and creative seniors who enjoy doing for others and supporting their Senior Center.

I also would like to thank those who donated materials such as yarn, fabrics, glassware, etc throughout the year. Such donations helps with the cost and enables us to be creative with recycle goods (painted wine glasses, painted Halloween ball canning jars, and all those beautiful afghans and scarves!) Many hands coming together, such teamwork! Congratulations and thank you!
