Open Farm Days Planned At Alpaca Connection

WOODBURY — The Alpaca Connection will host Alpaca Owners’ Open Farm Days for the next five weekends. The farm, at 132 Orchard Avenue, will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm, November 25 to December 24. Admission is free and all ages are welcome.

The goal of Open Farm Days is to acquaint the general public with the gentle, beautiful alpaca. Alpaca Connection Farm is home to alpacas of all colors and ages, including many frisky newborns.

In addition to mingling with the animals, visitors may browse in the farm store, which features a variety of clothing products, all woven from luxurious alpaca fiber.

Santa Claus will make appearances to kick off holiday celebrations and to serve refreshments.
