Housatonic Valley Council of Elected Officials (HVCEO), annual meeting with state legislators, 8:30 am, Danbury Holiday Inn, 80 Newtown Road, Danbury.

22nd Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, 6:30 pm, Ram Pasture, Elm Drive at Hawley Road, caroling and visits with Santa will lead up to lighting of town’s Christmas tree, hot cocoa and donuts follow.

Seventh Annual “You Can Never Have Enough Christmas” Boutique, 6:30–10 pm, St Rose of Lima Parish Hall, 46 Church Hill Road, admission $5 (tonight only, free admission rest of weekend), Santas, wreaths, nativity sets, Irish booth and more, also theme baskets raffle; 426-1014.
