Herb Kinsmann Joins Curtiss & Crandon

Curtiss & Crandon Realtors has welcomed Herb Kinsmann to its team. A former Ridgefield native, his postcollege sales career with Polygram Distribution earned him many national and regional top producer awards in recognition of his focus on customer satisfaction and results. In 1981, Mr Kinsmann moved to southwest Florida where he began the first phase of his real estate career.

He moved back to Connecticut in 1990 and settled in Roxbury. He transitioned into a successful career working with sales and technical teams of two large telecommunications firms where he developed and managed customer, operations, and financial management systems.

Mr Kinsmann’s ability to identify, develop, and optimize potential opportunities is his strength. His experience in sales, operations, and analysis provide a natural complement to today’s technology-based real estate environment.

No stranger to Curtiss & Crandon, in 1996, he and his wife Jennifer purchased a home in Newtown through John Klopfenstein. The Kinsmanns have a 19-month old son, Jesse Davis.

For the last five years, Mr Kinsmann has served as treasurer of the Housatonic Knolls Recreation Association, a homeowners’ organization for Newtown and Brookfield families. He enjoys rock climbing, water sports, and gourmet cooking.
