Coverage Helps Fresh Air Fund

Thank you very much for the terrific coverage that you recently gave the Fresh Air Fund in The Newtown Bee by featuring our Friendly Town program in your community. The coverage supports the efforts of our local volunteer leaders to recruit more families who are willing to open their homes to a Fresh Air child for two weeks during the summer. We are grateful for your help in sharing the wonderful summer memories of Fresh Air hosts with your readers.

This summer, we hope to send thousands of Fresh Air children on summer vacations with volunteer host families in communities throughout 13 northeastern states and Canada. Summer is just around the corner, and our volunteer leaders in your community are still seeking hosts for the Fresh Air Fund’s 124th summer season.
