Make Sure Everything Is Good Under The Hood

Berkshire Motors in Sandy Hook will be holding a free auto clinic on Saturday, June 9, from 10 am to 3 pm.

The car care clinic is designed to inspect everything under the hood. Technicians will be available to check belts, hoses, antifreeze and more, offering a free consultation that will provide information on how to plan for repairs down the road and what not to put off. The clinic is perfect for college and high school drivers that are not familiar with car maintenance.

Without making an appointment, this free-of-charge inspection will help drivers determine how basic maintenance procedures can help avoid costly problems.

During the event there will be free hot dogs and soda available. And every person who participates in the auto clinic can also draw a number to enter the “Belmont.” If you draw the number of the winning horse in the Belmont Stakes, you will win a gift certificate good for a free oil change. All participants will also receive a free tire pressure gauge.

In addition, there will be a car wash fundraiser event by the NHS Military Assistance Program Club at Berkshire Motors on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. All proceeds will benefit American troops stationed overseas.
