Flanders Looking For Fall Fest Crafters
WOODBURY â If youâre âcrafty,â Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust wants you⦠to participate in its Fall Festival 2007, scheduled for Sunday, October 7, from 10 am until 4 pm.
Flanders is looking for individuals who posses unique crafts, trades or talents, like weaving, tinsmithing, wood carving/whittling, tool painting, working with plants and flowers, or other fortes we have not mentioned, to participate in this yearâs celebration.
The fee for each nonfood exhibitor/vendor space is $25. Food vendors agree to donate 15 percent commission on sales for the day.
The Fall Festival in Woodbury attracts families from surrounding towns who enjoy a well-established popular event geared toward children and adults in the beautiful natural surroundings of Flanders. The festival includes a little of everything: magic, music, displays, art, kidsâ crafts, birds in flight demonstrations, story-telling, live farm animals, wagon rides, pumpkin picking, and exhibitors displaying arts and crafts.
