Fairfield Exec Women Host PR Guru

Westport —Ever wonder how a competitor got a full-page article in a national, regional, or local paper? Eager to get some publicity for your own business but have no idea where to begin? Wondering what the right venue would be for your advertising dollar?

The Fairfield Network of Executive is hosting an event Wednesday, January 9, with award-winning public relations consultant Mike London, founder of Michael J. London and Associates.

Mr London plans to shed light on the many ways a small business can use public relations to increase awareness, build interest, and, ultimately, increase profits.

Mr London is a consultant with more than 25 years experience in public relations. His agency offers public relations, issues management, investor relations, community relations, marketing communications, and advertising. He currently directs a team of six serving clients in aerospace, health care, legal, manufacturing, nonprofit, real estate, and political candidates.

The event is from 6 to 8:30 pm at DeRosa’s Restaurant, 577 Riverside Avenue. Anyone interested in attending can call 203-807-0620 by Monday January 7 to make reservations.

The advance admission cost for the event is $30 for members; $40 for nonmembers. Walk-ins are welcome for additional $5 surcharge.
