To the Editor:

During the month of October, students at Head O' Meadow were engaged in activities as a Ben's Bells Kind Campus related to kindness, caring, and community service. Then, on November 4, HOM parent Kristopher Plumme, arranged for a dunk tank for some fabulous Friday fun for our students. Kristopher's kindness and the kindness of our physical education teacher, Steve Dreger, brought smiles and laughter to our school community.

Our efforts couldn't have been possible without the help and generous donations from Chef Plum at Plum Foods, Caraluzzi's, Southbury Printing, Super Fun Inflatables, Mike McCarthy at Newtown Underwater Search and Rescue, the Dodgingtown Fire Department, and Channel 8 news.
