A Successful SNAN Bake Sale

To the Editor:

The Spay and Neuter Association of Newtown (SNAN) would like to thank all the wonderful people who came out to support their bake sale on Saturday, March 22.

We would also like to thank Tom Johnson, Carol, Sandy, and the staff of Lexington Gardens, Louise Tambascio and the staff of My Place Restaurant for their continued support.

A special thank you to all the members and friends who bake, give monetary support, and man the tables the day of the sale. We were very surprised at how successful our sale was considering the financial difficulties people are dealing with during this recession. It is wonderful to realize that Newtown will always have a big heart and support worthy causes. A very special thank you to The Newtown Bee for the great publicity.
