MS Support Group Meets Monthly

DANBURY — A professionally facilitated multiple sclerosis (MS) support group for those with meets at Main Street Rehab, 235 Main Street, from 7 to 8:30 pm, on the second Wednesday of each month.

There are more than 6,000 Connecticut residents diagnosed with MS, an oftentimes debilitating disease affecting the central nervous system. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Connecticut Chapter offers more than 25 support groups throughout the state.

These groups bring together caregivers and individuals who share a common life experience as it relates to MS and its effects.
