Dunn Helps Cards To Second

The Connecticut Cardinals, a Fairfield County 12U All-Star Team, participated in the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournament in Cooperstown, NY, recently.

The Cardinals were second among 103 teams from throughout the nation. Among the participants was Sandy Hook’s Julian Dunn, a catcher, who hit .438 with two home runs and four RBI and three walks. The team was comprised of players from the area, including from the towns of Trumbull, Monroe and Milford.
