To the Editor:
Where is the progressive disciplinary action for the leadership over Carolee Mason?
If she is offered a lesser position after receiving training, wouldnât the same be completed for her supervisor? What training did her supervisor receive? Consistency is key in the area of human resources. If what we have read in The Bee is true and no one is sure of the training plan, how could a lesser position even be considered at this point â unless of course the same is done across the board in all town positions.
Seems that this leaves the town wide open for a discrimination lawsuit.
