Quilt Guild Show

Middlebury — The Southford Falls Quilt Guild will hold its first quilt show, titled “A Showcase of Quilts,” at the Shepardson Community Center, 1172 Whitmore Road, Saturday, October 10, from 9 am to 4 pm. Admission is $6.

In preparing for this, its inaugural show, members of the guild pooled their talents to design, piece together, and quilt a beautiful quilt for raffle.

In addition, many works by guild quilters will be on display. Vendors will be in attendance and a large number of raffle baskets are available. Food service will also be available. Demonstrations include wool applique, four-sided placement demo, and a ruler demo.
