Beloved Mother And Grandmother

Eleanor A. Foster, 95, longtime Wilton resident and beloved wife of the late Richard T. Foster, died peacefully at Meadow Ridge Health Center, Redding, February 4. She was born in Woodcliff, N.J., daughter of Augusta and Harry Jasper.

Three sons, including Robert W. Foster, and wife Elizabeth, of Newtown, five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild survive Mrs Foster.

Mrs Foster was an avid golfer and bridge player, and was a longtime member of the Silver Spring Country Club in Ridgefield.

There will be no calling hours. Memorial services will be held in the Chapel at the Jesse Lee Memorial United Methodist Church, 207 Main Street, Ridgefield, Wednesday, February 15, at 12:30 pm. Interment will be private.
