Patricia Linnell, broker-owner of Linnell Real Estate, has announced the reopening of the company at a new address in Sandy Hook. The agency is now located at 3 Riverside Road, in the Sandy Hook Design District. 

“I’m looking forward to working independently once again and offering buyers and sellers another option for representation, especially in this difficult housing market,” Ms Linnell stated.   

Ms Linnell has been a realtor since 1988, serving clients in the greater Newtown area, including Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, Southbury, Woodbury, and Oxford. She holds designations as Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyer Representative. Pat served on the Chamber of Commerce of Newtown as president for six years, and is a certified lay speaker with the Newtown United Methodist Church.
