New Kittens At The Animal Center
New Kittens At The Animal Center
The following cats and kittens are available for adoption from The Animal Center:
PATCHES is a 2-year-old tortoise shell cat looking for a home to call her own. Found cold and rummaging for food in a residential Newtown neighborhood, she has adjusted quickly to life indoors. Patches would love to find a home with a kind and patient family where she can let her perky personality blossom. Patches is healthy, spayed and current on vaccines.
CHLOE may be 13 years old, but she is still a kitten at heart. Sheâs playful, purry and very affectionate. Chloe has a soft coat and seeks only a willing lap and loving hands to accompany her through these winter nights to come. Chloe enjoys being held and cuddled and her quiet purr will happily complete any peaceful house. She would be a great kitty for someone looking to adopt a lap cat or constant companion. Chloe is spayed and current on vaccines.
MOCHA JOE is one of seven cats left behind when his owners moved. He is extremely people-friendly (including children) and loving. He is neutered, healthy and current on vaccines.
ROMIE is one of seven cats left behind when her owners moved. She is friendly, affectionate and sweet. Romie is spayed, healthy and current on vaccines.
MAYFLOWER & MISTLETOE are 10-week-old friendly, adorable kittens who were transferred to The Animal Center program when their time had run out at another shelter. Mayflower has loads of energy, and loves to play, snuggle and purr. Mistletoe also loves to play. She can also be laid back and quiet, but is ready to be loved and give love.
GUY NOIR is a 1-1/2-year-old friendly, outgoing male kitty in need of a loving home. Guy Noir loves to play, will come and sit in your lap, and even comes when you call him. He gets along great with dogs. Found abandoned in a park, Guy Noir is healthy, neutered and current on vaccines.
JETER is a friendly, social and loving 2-year-old cat for adoption. Jeter had been adopted as a kitten and once again needs a new home. The family who had adopted Jeter had a baby. Jeter, used to being the coupleâs center of attention for his entire life, suddenly found his world turned upside down. After the baby arrived, his humans were very busy and no longer had time for him. They moved Jeterâs food, water and sleeping quarters outside. Knowing this was not fair to him and that a cat would never fit in with their busy lives, they contacted The Animal Center to take him back. Animal Center officials say they recognize that not all adoptions work out and are committed to finding Jeter a new home where he will be part of the family. Jeter is sweet, friendly, neutered, easy-going, and healthy.
Good news: Lola, Purrsimmon and Pip have been adopted.
