Bridgeport Bluefish Hold Mascot Tryouts

The Bridgeport Bluefish will hold open auditions for anyone who is interested in acting as B.B., the Bluefish mascot, during home games and community appearances this year.

Auditions will be held Thursday, March 27, at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard. Those who wish to audition should be at the ballpark by 5:30 pm. Participants will be required to try on the B.B. suit.

There will be no fee for auditioning and all are welcome to come out to the ballpark to showcase their talents. The judges will be looking for energetic, enthusiastic people who are outgoing and not afraid to interact with crowds. A flexible schedule to accommodate for home games and community appearances is ideal. Acting as the mascot can be physically demanding. Experience is preferred, but the auditions are open to new talent. Please dress in workout attire, including tennis shoes.

To register for tryouts, contact Marilyn Guarino at via email at mguarino@bridgeportbluefish.com  or by calling 203-416-1720.
