Prudential Connecticut Realty and Jensen-Smith Real Estate have joined forces, it was announced December 4 by Peter G. Helie, president and chief executive officer of the Prudential firm based in Rocky Hill, and Betty Jensen and Melanie Smith, partners in the Southport company known as Jensen-Smith of Connecticut.

“The combination of our two top real estate companies gives us an unparalleled edge in marketing properties in the area,” said Mr Helie.

“We chose to link with Prudential,” said Ms Jensen and Ms Smith, “because in addition to excellent world-wide recognition, Prudential has a strong sense of community. We will be able to combine the comfortable, friendly atmosphere of our small office – in our present Southport Village location – our own national presence and our outstanding marketing with the image and power of Prudential’s global and technological dimensions, which will benefit our clients and our associates.”

The principals of both firms have stated that Prudential/ Jensen Smith clients can expect the same personal commitment, trustworthy advice, advanced technology, creative solutions, and prompt, productive performance that have been the trademarks of both firms.
