William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Launches Business Productivity Suite

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty has launched Agent Connect, a digital solution for real estate professionals, integrating client relationship management, business management, and marketing tools, according to a press release issued January 24.

“Agent Connect functions as a state-of-the-art virtual office, a portal of the company’s intranet site, as well as a plethora of marketing and technology tools,” according to the release. Agent Connect provides agents with immediate access to resources to support clients, and to assist in building up their own businesses.

“We built Agent Connect as a comprehensive business management tool that gives our sales associates access to everything traditionally available in one of our brick-and-mortar brokerage offices,” said Vincent Socci, director of marketing for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. “Agent Connect’s one-stop single sign-on functionality also eliminates the need to remember multiple passwords,” said Mr Socci.

“With our new Agent Connect, my agents can deliver valuable information to Newtown residents,” said local William Pitt Sotheby’s office manager Adele Unger. “By simply providing an e-mail address to our agents, we can provide a monthly snapshot of what is happening in the Newtown real estate market via e-mail. Our Market Tracker offers monthly and year-to-date statistics vs the previous year in inventory, average sale price, average list price, sold properties, and the percent the town is up or down, as well as absorption rates [months worth of inventory per price range currently on the market].  We also have the ability to drill down to a more specific report called the Property Investment Profile, which shows market activity for a specific type of home based on criteria the agents enter,” said Ms Unger.

 “Homeowners want to be informed in a concise and clear way. Our feedback from clients who are currently receiving these reports has been overwhelmingly positive. Agent Connect has also been created to allow our agents to practice real estate from any location,” she added.

“Everything they need is hosted in one place, allowing for superior customer service 24 hours a day.  We are thrilled to be able to provide this information and level of service to our community. Our agents have received extensive training in Stamford, as well as on-going training via webinars and workshops here in the office,” Ms Unger said.

The press released noted that Agent Connect was developed through the collaboration of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty and BrokerTee System. The features of the program “have been custom tailored to the unique needs of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, Connecticut’s exclusive affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty global brand.”
