The students shared the “ABC’s of space” through the presentation, which shared words associated with space that start with each letter of the alphabet, like “Earth” and “universe.”
After students tried to guess the title of the book, Ms Cech and Ms McArthur unveiled a painting of the book’s cover, created by Karen Grasso. This year’s One School One Read book is How Do You Burp in Space? And Other Tips Every Space Tourist Needs to Know by Susan E. Goodman.
“We are going to begin reading together on Monday,” Ms Cech told students.
