Robert W. McCulloch and Danielle A. McCulloch of Sandy Hook announce the birth of their daughter, Madison Rose McCulloch, born at Danbury Hospital on March 10.

Madison weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces at birth and was 18¾ inches long.

 

Jennifer (Dickau) and Adam Taylor of Sandy Hook announce the birth of a son, Nathan Jack, March 6 at Danbury Hospital. Nathan joins a brother, Joshua Eliot, age 2.

The maternal grandparents are Gale and Jack Dickau of Bristol and his paternal grandparents are Maggie Taylor of Forestville, Conn., and Bob Taylor of Narragansett, R.I.

His maternal great-grandparents are Eunice and Elvio DiSabato of Bristol. His paternal great-grandparents are Ann and Harry Kaczmarczyk of Plainville and Mary and Eliot Taylor of Narragansett, R.I.

Specialist William and Holly Mattegat announce the birth of their daughter, Alexandra Kody Mattegat, born March 2 at 6:18 pm. Alexandra was born in Vilseck, Germany, where Specialist Mattegat is stationed. She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces.

Paternal grandparents are George and Carol Mattegat of Newtown and maternal grandparents are Lyle and Glenda Rowland of Cedar Creek, Mo.

Specialist Mattegat left for his second tour in Iraq shortly after Alexandra’s birth.

Chris and Nicole Layda of Aunt Park Lane in Newtown announce the birth of Camden John Layda, born March 21 at Danbury Hospital. Camden weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 inches in length. He joins a sister, Molly Rose, 2½ years old.

Maternal grandfather is Joseph Mesinger of Meriden and maternal grandmother is Deborah Denzel of Southbury.

Richard and Patricia Layda of Newtown are the paternal grandparents.

Maternal great-grandparent is Madeline Denzel of Florida and the paternal great-grandparent is Anani Polchowski of Bridgeport.
