Ellen Klaus was on the line as soon as it opened last Friday afternoon to proudly tell us that the windmill offered as last weekâs challenge (inset) could be found in the front yard of her home on Brassie Drive. The piece had been built by her father-in-law, she said, and she was happy to see it in the paper.
Neighbor Meredith Britton was also able to call in with the location of the windmill. Each lady will receive a Beeâs Buck for their efforts.
This weekâs challenge, then, is a new one. If you think you know where it is, give us a call. The first five callers with the correct answer will win a Beeâs Buck (one US dollar).
No calls will be accepted prior to 2 pm on Friday or after 10 am the following Wednesday. Only one winner per family per week.
Our number is 203-426-3141. Good luck.
