Christopher Recht and Jasmina Delkic

Lela and Fuad Delkic of Banjaluka, Bosnia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jasmina, to Christopher Ernest Recht, son of Carol Diem Recht of Newtown, and the late Richard Recht.

The future bride graduated from the Lowenberg School of Nursing, University of Memphis, Tennessee, with a bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse. She is employed as a cardiac surgical nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

The future bridegroom graduated from Newtown High School and from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Md., with a bachelor’s in liberal studies, with a concentration in geography. He is employed by Field Resources in Needham, Mass.

A June wedding is planned.
